- How do daily send limits work?
- The daily number in the table is the enforced cap, not a monthly allowance; monthly figures are approximations. New Pro accounts on the shared sending pool ramp to the full limit over 72 hours, while a verified custom domain lifts that warm-up immediately.
- How do annual billing and cancellation work?
- Annual plans are charged once per year and include two months free compared with monthly billing. Cancel in the Stripe billing portal; your plan stays active through the paid period, then sending pauses.
- Does Pro support attachments?
- Yes. Pro includes outbound attachment sending and approved raw attachment downloads. A person must enable outbound attachments for each mailbox in the dashboard before an agent can use them.
